About these terms
These terms apply to your use of cleargatehealth.com (the "site"). ClearGate Provider Services ("ClearGate," "we," "us") is operated by Pierce Technology & AI LLC, a Michigan company. By using the site, you agree to these terms.
What ClearGate does
ClearGate offers administrative support to independent CRNAs and physicians: organizing credential records, tracking renewal dates, preparing credentialing packets, and following up on status with references and facility offices.
ClearGate provides administrative support only. We do not provide legal, clinical, or credentialing-decision services.
What ClearGate does not do
- We do not submit applications for you, sign or attest for you, or act as you.
- We do not make credentialing, privileging, or licensing decisions. Facilities, licensing boards, and other organizations make those decisions.
- We do not give legal, regulatory, tax, or clinical advice.
You remain responsible for reviewing, attesting to, and submitting your own applications, and for the accuracy of the information in them.
No promises about outcomes
We do not guarantee any outcome, including approval, privileges, timing, or that a facility or board will accept a packet or application. Requirements and deadlines are set by facilities, boards, and other organizations, and they can change.
