How it works
How ClearGate works, step by step.
ClearGate prepares and tracks. You review, attest, and submit. Here is what that looks like, from the first conversation to your next reappointment.
Getting started
Three steps to a complete record.
Step 1: Request early access
Fill out the short form. It takes about a minute, with no payment and no documents.
Step 2: Have a short intro call
We talk through which facilities you work with, what is coming up, and where the paperwork costs you the most time. We explain how ClearGate would work for your setup and how pricing applies. There is no obligation.
Step 3: Build your record
We set up a secure way to share documents with you before collecting anything. Then we collect each credential once, organize everything into one record, and map every expiration date.
When you start at a new facility
One packet, prepared for you to review.
Each step is labeled with who does it, so you always know what is in your hands.
Tell us about the new facility
Forward the packet or the list of what they need, along with any deadline you have been given.
Match it against your record
We compare what the facility asks for with what we already hold, and list exactly what is missing.
Fill the gaps
New references, an updated form, a note about a gap in work history. We tell you what is needed and make it as quick as possible.
Assemble the packet
We complete and organize the packet in the facility's format, ready for you to review.
Review, attest, and submit
You check every page, sign, and submit it yourself. Nothing goes out under your name without you.
Follow up
With your permission, we check in with the facility office and your references on status and keep you posted.
In the background
Between new facilities, we keep tracking.
Renewal tracking
Every license, certification, registration, and policy has its own expiration date. We track them all in one place and alert you well ahead of each deadline.
A record that stays current
When something renews, we update your record, so the next packet starts from the current version instead of a search through old emails.
Re-credentialing and reappointment
Each facility comes back for re-credentialing on its own schedule. When one is due, we prepare the packet the same way, and you review, sign, and submit.
What you hand over
What we ask for, and what we never do.
We ask for, once
- Copies of your licenses, registrations, and certifications
- Your CV and work history
- Your malpractice certificate of insurance
- Life support cards
- Contact details for your references
- Anything a facility asks for that is not already in your record
We set up a secure process with you first. Never by email, and never through this website.
See the full credentialing checklistWe never
- Ask you to email sensitive documents or enter them on this website
- Submit applications, sign, or attest for you
- Present ourselves as you
- Make credentialing decisions
- Give legal or clinical advice
